Evil cat strikes again

Iskander, in his infinite wisdom, decided that he did not need to come in last night, leading to great anxiety and stress in his slaves. He deigned to return about ten minutes ago, with a nonchalant swagger and an air of consummate satisfaction.
His slaves are considering having nervous breakdowns.

That is what slaves are for. having nervous breakdowns - and providing sustenance - which I'm sure you have done ;)

Glad he's home.

Right now he's sitting on Phil purring and blithely ignoring comments of the 'bad cat!' variety.

It's what they do! When they lived in a large village with my mother, dear departed Orange cat used to wander to the end of the cul-de-sac to catch squirrels, but the Boofer was more likely to get shut in someones garage and be gone a rather long time.

There's no way I would let cats out in Birmingham - the roads are crazy, and there are people using air-guns on cats. But the Boofer and the Wong! both seem quite happy to be house cats, which is lucky. I don't think Wong! would have made it past the average 4 year lifespan for urban cats if he'd been allowed out here ...

The suspicion is, indeed, that Ish spent the night in someone's garden shed, as he is incurably nosy.
Wong! is a splendid boy, but he is somewhat lacking in common sense... Do give him a cuddle from me (and the Boofer, too).

Wong! is a daft as a bat, which is just what he looks like when he dangles upside down over the side of the bed and looks up at you ...

Boof! found a comfy sofa to sleep on in the garage of our neighbour, and delicately defecated in the opposite corner for two days, and was ravenous but unapologetic when we found him!

Someone had Horus shut in their shed for nine days once. Given he craps profusely when scared, we hate to think what they found once he was let out...

Cats hate us, and want to make us cry:

Oh, I'm glad. Much relief.
