Dignity, always dignity.

Iskander, the undignified edition. (That tummy is a trap, btw. it looks soft and inviting. It is, in fact, guarded with scythes.)

Cat tummies are sooooo tempting.

Only ones was I called to duty to pet a cat tummy. In fact, if I stopped, Bummer got mad and complained at me. She was in labor with her kittens at the time, and my kneading her tummy clearly made her feel better. (That meant crouching under the sink in a minuscule bathroom annex for upwards of three hours.)

I'm impressed by his sense of aesthetics--he's chosen his background for maximum effect.

A trap! I would totally try to pet that tummy... Makes me very glad both my cats are easy-going and will let you touch any part of them. (Except sometimes back paws. But even then they just pull away, they don't bite or scratch.)

Amazing how cats can show both the height of dignity and undignity, isn't it? All my cats show the tummy and then dig in when we pet.

(I love your rug!)

Neri loves having her tummy rubbed. Claws only come (slightly ) out when I try to stop.

I am charmed! What a handsome fellow.

Positioning of the chair made him look at bit like a cat-onna-stick for a moment there.
His body language makes me think he is soaring over the mere mortals down on the ground.

Java loves having her tummy rubbed so much that even if you start off stroking her back she rolls round till you're unavoidably rubbing tummy. Which is lovely as she's SO FAT it's like a big soft panada toy :)

My sister's grey and white tabby kitty does something similar and it's just as big of a trap guarded by meticulously maintained scythes and teeth.

Ish is beautiful! Is he a burmese? (I may have asked you before). He reminds me of my Griff, a chocolate burmese.
Griff, however, loves his belly being rubbed. I just have to share the pictures that reminded me of Ish...
