Gifts for Geeks

The nice people at Mind Meld invited me to suggest some suitable gifts for geeks (alongside a group of much more distinguished writers). You can find the details here: http://www.sfsignal.com/archives/2010/11/mind-meld-great-gift-ideas-for-geeks-and-science-fiction-and-fantasy-fans/

My first stop for shopping for geeks is thinkgeek.com, which I think someone on there mentioned (and I saw several thinkgeek gifts listed without mentioning the site). I for one desperately want the Tardis cookie jar and the Star Trek pizza cutter, but can't really justify getting them because I rarely have cookies or pizza. But still. [Note that this is not a hint for getting me presents, btw.]

I'm sure you could use the jar for other things, too -- pencils? cotton reels? batteries?

Batteries is a good idea, and thematic, too. :-)

I buy from Grand Illusions, generally.
