Sympathies--sleepless nights are wretched.

Dr Monkey prescribes being gentle on yourself and not trying to do much brain work today. Cuddle cats instead! But if you can summon the energy for a trip to the gym, those are really good for sleep patterns too.

Things that (sometimes) work for me are:
herb tea with valerian in it
hot baths
for snoring and cats I find there's a kind of slow shove that can make them change position without quite waking up (apes) or becoming too indignant (felines) and this is sometimes enough to fix the problem.

If you want a free sample of girl-size pink ear plugs, I have a large packet here that I ordered to stock up against neighbour noise and I'm not using them much since this year's neighbours are beautifully quiet. Or google snorestore and select your own. They are really good and usually arrive the next day.
