I would like to think I have something witty or useful to say in regards to the actual content of your post, but my first thought is actually wondering if you write your posts in something other than an LJ window or some such, which doesn't use or strips an extra paragraph returns from between paragraphs. I don't often notice it on shorter posts, but on longer ones it suddenly becomes a screen of text with no breaks!
