The Ministry of Foreign Affairs Spokesman informed the press today that the Government of Upper Overistan has made a formal apology to the Interim Government of Ruritania, for the accidental inclusion of man-eating flowers in the welcome bouquets in the late President of Ruritania's hotel suite. The Prime Minister of the Republic of Upper Overistan will attend the inauguration of Her Excellency the Vice-President of Ruritania as President.
