Dec. 19th, 2011 06:33 pmWe had a lovely time hunting castles in Spain. I'll try and write it up later this week. I'm a little in love with Castille, even if I did drive over 1400 miles (yes, that is not a typo for kilometres) over some of the scariest roads I've ever seen.
Today... bleh. Spent far too much of it in queues at assorted post offices, got very cold and wet (as they wasn't room for the queue at the sorting office for everyone to wait in the dry), and as a result am behind with other stuff. Oh, and a friend managed to hand me a really splendid backhanded insult. Bah.
On the other hand, I have Horus on my lap, purring and trying very hard to bury his nose in my arm as I type (nose-burying is a sign of a very happy Horus).
Upwards and onwards....
