Ooh, look, Userpic... And In Other News
Mar. 9th, 2007 10:02 pmThat took me long enough, didn't it? That is the peerless and much missed Caspian, prince of cats and supreme ruler of the household.
In other news, book six (non fiction) should be out soon (April, I hope). The proofing and indexing are done, and all should be go. It's called (at publisher's insistence) 'Princess Nest, Seductress of the English'. It's partly a biography of a 12th century Welsh women of royal descent (the Welsh did not use the title 'princess'),partly an analysis of the roles and status of women in Wales in the early and high mediaeval periods, and partly political historical analysis. Those who've heard me rant on the subject of the Myth of the Liberated Celtic Woman may have some inkling of some of the content.
Now I have to write more fiction; I'm out of excuses again...
